Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble when I telephoned and asked for next day delivery. Beautiful products from "From the Anvil". Can't praise highly enough. Special mention to Adam who was super helpful.

Poor service. We bought tiles with free delivery only to be emailed that the order doesn't qualify for free delivery even though it was indicated otherwise on their website at the point of purchasing. Don't waste your time. I will edit my review to respond to your answer - I literally went through the whole purchasing process, checked out and paid with a confirmation for a free delivery. Interesting how I missed that....

Bought 4 slab mosaics with damage to all of them. I called up and was advised to send photos. I waited 2 weeks for a response but didnt hear anything. So I had to call again to reorder. They sent me 1, but I just think it showed poor business etiquette and that customers satisfaction was of little concern.
