    Took my daughter to order her mobility car in December they said it was ordered then told her it would be here in February then to be told it was going to be April they never gave her updates unless she called them . We waited and still no car so we contacted mobility and they never even ordered her a car . We have now gone else where and she is getting a car in a few days so if your thinking of using them think long and hard first as bad customer experience was had by us .

    Bought a secondhand vehicle from Stoneacre, Stoke. Prior to handing over the 99 deposit I couldnt get them off the phone and was bombarded with email videos. Once I had paid the deposit contact was very poor, and since the vehicle was purchased communication has been all from my side. The vehicle has a fault light on intermittently however they cannot rectify it as they are not a main dealer and the vehicle is still in warranty so I have to take it to a main dealer. 10 days in I am still waiting for an appointment to rectify some bodywork issues. I am sure as individuals these guys are genuine but as a company providing a service they leave a lot to be desired. They still have the opportunity to change my mind but the window is closing fast.
