Premier Baby

Becoming new parents can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to buying everything youll need. Premier Baby were so helpful from start to finish in more ways than one. All of the staff there are friendly, informative and eager to help you decide whats best for you personally. We didnt feel rushed or pressured like in some shops we visited where all they cared about was getting money behind the till. We ended up getting our whole travel set (plus some extras) and furniture from here as it was the lowest price we could find and the convenience of it being in the shop ready to view whenever is amazing. Customer service is 10/10 and I havent received such amazing service in a very long time. We had a few issues building the furniture so John came and looked at it for us and obviously managed to sort the problem out straight away. He went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful as it took all the stress away from us. Its nice to have a company locally that cares about their customers, makes a change! I would 100% recommend Premier Baby to anyone. Thanks again!

Been a few times and always have what we are looking for at great prices! Staff are so helpful and willing to show us different products to suit our budget.

Went in store and they are very welcoming and let you shop around. We then ordered a cot and changing unit from their online shop. Really easy and great communication. The items were delivered a week later. Excellent shop and lovely people!

We have been to Premier Baby today , and we were greeted by a lovely lady, who helped us to purchase a pram/ pushchair. She demonstrated the item and answered all our questions, this experience was 100% better than when we went to Winstanleys pram World who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge us, so thank you premier baby we will be back very soon

Fantastic customer service. Really took the time to explain the safety aspects of car seats and fitted our new one for us, nothing felt like too much trouble. Highly recommended!
