Terraces Menswear

Do not adhere to the same standard of return policy as other fashion retailers. They will find any loophole to leave the liability with customers, old or new. I am now staying well clear of Terraces Menswear and advise anyone else to do the same. Far better alternatives out there, including: 80'sCasualClassics, Scotts, Stuarts

Service has been faultless, ordered 3 items arrived in a couple of days, 1 item returned as didn't fit and refunded a few days later, all very smooth.

Have changed my review from 5 stars! Orderd 2 items total cost 120 so free delivery applied. Orders arrived and one item was too big. I returned it at my own cost recorded delivery which they request. I Was informed my refund would be the cost of item minus 2.95 delivery. How can they deduct a delivery fee when there never wasn't one to start with!!! If thats there standard process they are making alot of money just taking money from refunds that they shouldn't be. Ive used terraces for years. Not anymore.

Never had a problem from them have brought loads of items well impressed with them delivered on time as they said they would be only thing is I don't receive emails from the anymore use to 1 or 2 a day

You're better off finding the nearest drain and shoving all of your hard earned cash down it. Lackluster company, just terrible in everyway. Shop elsewhere is my advice as they don't care about customer satisfaction.
