Booked Nathan for work which was to be completed in two phases as we were having an extension built at the same time. The first phase would be the ground preparation and the upper level finish and the second was to be the lower level finish, which included decking, slabbing, and bark play area and fencing. He then increased the price twice after agreeing the contracted price. Once as a wall was not as stable as he first thought and a second time to allow for better drainage. This extra work that was paid for was not done. The ground drainage was never connected and the top section is more boggy than prior to the work. Weed barriers were not properly used and so weeds returned quickly. Raised beds were not secured properly and the small area of paving that was done was neither level or secure and covered the air bricks on the adjoining house wall which had they been left as they were would have caused damp in the newly designed kitchen. At first Nathan promised to rectify the issues with phase one when he returned for phase two. He then didn't show on the agreed dates. He Booked in other dates which were either no shows or cancelled last minute. This went on for over 8months before Nathan said he wouldn't be returning because he was selling the business. Then he said he would be returning after we got trading standards involved only to cancel another twice. The case is now in the hands of trading standards and our lawyers. When we first met him we thought he was professional and wouldn't take our money and run. I have since been in contact with others who have been very unhappy with his work but have not had the opportunity to post reviews on his Facebook page as he blocks them before. I would never trust this company with money and the standard of work is well below amateur level. Don't be dazzled by iPad generated images of what your garden will look like as the reality differs massively, and we are currently chasing the thousands we are owed.
