Despicable! If you suffer from mental health dont expect any help understanding empathy or care! 2017 The Duke & Dutchess of Cambridge brought about heads together to raise awareness & highlight mental health. This surgery appears to be lost in the dark ages! Treating a very poorly man with little disregard no empathy or help Refused to prescribed his medication despite being on/off it for 20yrs! Completely irresponsible Gave him a help line number & cut him off! despite him being crippled with Anxiety & panic disorder & suffering severe complex post traumatic stress disorder. A number he already has & impossible to get anything from. Just left vunerable very poorly & without medication. Doctors have a duty of care to help & treat ALL patients regardless of illness! Had he presented with a heart condition I know 100% he would of been treated completely different! Discrimination against mental health Was assured id be called back by said Doctor....But no call & should any harm come to this poorly man I will seek legal action! Im now contacting the quality care commission the primary care trust & local MP & also report this to Heads together! This practise needs to get their head's together! & sort out the way they treat mentally unwel patients. An utter disgrace!
