        We had car trouble on a Friday evening on the motorway, rang and explained our problem and was told we could bring it in at 7a.m. Saturday morning. However, when we actually turned up, at 7a.m.on the Saturday morning, we were told there was noone there to look at it and they were booked up for 3 weeks....so why were we told we could bring it in then?! We could have tried more places on Friday to get it booked in if we had known they were not going to look at it.
