The staff were amazing with Charlotte and Rosie helping me brilliantly to firstly find somewhere and then to go through the stages of applying to actually getting the keys. The only issue I now have is that, and I'm sure in the contract I signed it gave them permission to do so, they have given my details to companies to sell me things like Virgin Media who are now calling and emailing me. They also tried to push their own contents insurance, not just the once, but 4 times. I understand that a lot of money is probably made in referral fees for doing this but it's not exactly ideal for myself to now have to keep telling these people to remove my details. So far today at 11.20am I've had two phone calls, 3 emails and a text from Virgin...despite telling them I'm not interested.

This estate agents has left tenants with no boiler and no hot water at Lansdowne road for 4 days now in the freezing cold temperatures, despite it being reported. One of the worst estate agents in the area with a bad reputation in the local area. They do very little to support tenants.
