        The care that is provided for my Grandad is inadequate! CQC have been contacted. The staff do not prompt service users too get out of bed .They've left my grandad in bed with no TV on no nothing too keep him entertained. Bed not even made too a moderate standard . hasn't been properly taken out since been there. Not happy with the care been provided its poor...will be looking at moving him too a different home ..

        Have always found the staff so helpful and pleasant and owners go above and beyond to help! Would highly recommend when looking for care with a loving human touch!
