Discharged over and over again. Told I failed to engage with them, despite never receiving any letters or phone calls from them. Left feeling helpless and struggling badly with mental health. Awful service. Not enough care.

My son using this doctor for his mental health we bin try get a appointment and when we do they don't call then send a letter saying they going cross him off the list he had no medication because the refuse give it him till he seen someone he bin stuck in his bedroom for a year won't go out this is so wrong

Discharged without consent. Over a year and this issue has not been resolved despite many phone calls. Asked why there has been no contact or progress in the previous 6 months and been told they dont know why. Contact is already difficult as apparently only one person can use the phone line in the whole of Greenfields which is hard to believe. Internal Cbt therapists are professional though.

I have to come down every 2 weeks my sons medication every time I have to wait 40 minutes to an hour would love to know what they get up to absolute joke

They lie in reports and try to get you on there books even when you have evidence to prove otherwise! Need a independent enquiry into there practices.
