We collected a beautiful green velvet sofa from Steve today. Jill in the shop was fantastic and the two guys that helped lift the huge sofa into our van were so kind and helpful. Steve has been brilliant throughout the whole search for such a special sofa, we couldnt recommend his services any more! Thanks again.

I have bought two divans and mattresses (silentnight double and staples single) and two sofas (mammoth) from here over the last few years and I could not be happier with all of them. They have all turned out to be excellent buys and the prices were absolutely unbeatable. I always recommend that anyone local comes and has a look here if they are after a new bed or sofa. Everything has always been delivered as planned and they even held our first order for about a month while we waited for a moving in date. We were going to spend a comparative fortune on credit in one of the big furniture shops before we came here, I am so glad we happened to wander in!

I bought from Factory seconds 2 years ago .92 Tustall ,the service was best to none I purchased a 3 door wardrobe on 13/08/21 delivery was due on 03/09/21 and I was suppose to get a phone call 30minutes pre delivery non of that happened I visited the shop 2 weeks later to enquire was told delivery would be 20/09/21 between 1300 hrs and 1800 hrs phoned around 1600 hrs to check if delivery was still on was told yes .it's 1822hrs 20/09/21 no phone call received.The service is extremely poor.movee all furniture ready to take the new furniture in and nothing happened
