Couldn't fault this company, they helped me choose the cooker I needed and then arranged for it to be delivered, all in 5 days, first class service

I've had a bad experience with this company regards an appliance ( bought on eBay) which was so called A+ but arrived as a used item - thought with patience to have it installed ( charged ) to find out further that the safety device on a burner didn't work properly and a large ring was the wrong one which subsequently didn't make it come on. The person ( called Steve Walklate) who answers the phone, said he'll tell the boss but no come back on a postage refund paid outside of ebay . eBay refunded me but this company had the cheek to charge me return postage which they said eBay had informed them to ! Liars..... very bad company - don't deal with them. Found the same product now in brand new condition with all the proper literature ( which was also missing plus serial number was cut out of rear labelling)........for less price. They're very wrong and arrogant in what they seem to think is good relations.
