        Two out of three visits they have tried to overcharge. Watch your recipt. The price on the shelf appears to often not match what appears on the till. Then the staff get an attitude

        All the electric scooters are chained up so you can't try before you buy. I asked a member of staff to help. They left me waiting so asked another member of staff but they couldn't get the chain off, so we didn't buy a scooter. Longton store.

        Amazing customer service especially from Jessica ( nursery team ) and Luke (manager). Highly recommend to help with all travel system questions and fast acting with complaints to resolve the issue.

        Only went in store for some fluffy slime I couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff couldn't help enough they are a credit to Smyths toy store.
