I managed to get an appointment same day (on a bank holiday) the day before I was due to go on holiday abroad. I was nervous to fly due to a weird pain in my ear. Treatment was super quick and worked immediately. Thanks!

I can't recommend Ridgways enough. Louise saw me at extremely short notice as I was having difficulties, gave me ear microsuction and irrigation as appropriate to each ear plus great advice. She also offered a follow-up check! Fantastic service and staff, thank you so much.

Went in today to have earwax removed. The results were amazing! After a couple of weeks of muffled hearing, it was like a miracle! The staff were so kind, pleasant and professional. I will definitely go again should the need arise and would wholeheartedly recommend this service.

I recently had an ear syringing procedure at Ridgway's Hearing Care and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were not only incredibly friendly, but they were also brilliant at what they do. They made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The price I paid for the procedure was the best it could have been, and I felt like I received excellent value for my money. The process was made even easier by the fact that there was plenty of parking available, which is always a plus. One thing that really stood out to me was that the staff let me see inside my ear before and after the syringing process. It was fascinating to see the difference and know that my ear was thoroughly cleaned. Overall, I would highly recommend Ridgway's Hearing Care for anyone looking for a professional and comfortable ear syringing procedure. Five stars!

I've never had my ears irrigated before and I went today. I've got to say the staff are really lovely and put me at ease and sorted my problem out professionally and looked after me 100%. Thank you for your care and help
