Claptrap
This shop has ceased trading but possibly continues selling existing stock by appointment. The stars are for receiving my order at all and a decent packaging, by a courier service. I ordered a birthday present lots of gifts for various people online. I checked 7 days later, with a tracking number, but the order hadn't even left the shop! I sent a query to the seller by email but got no answer, so I had to use my friend's Facebook account to make a public enquiry: that is when I found that the shop has ceased trading. However, the seller promised to respect existing orders (I'm paraphrasing here: "when she feels like it") and continues to sell her existing stock by appointment. I received my order soon after my enquiry, and could send the presents on time, so all was well and good, but it would have been nice to receive some sort apology for not informing to what was happening (and not responding to my email) and give me an option to cancel the order. I was satisfied with the quality of contents and packaging but I am left with an impression of rude customer service.
