Turned up twice now during supposed open business hours. Both times the place was closed. 2 disappointed children and wasted fuel on both occasions. There wont be a 3rd time.

Took my Nintendo switch in have the charging port replaced because it would not charge told me would be a week. 24hrs later get a message saying all done. Top guys would highly recommend got one happy kid now

I couldn't thank them enough. I sent my Switch off for repairs else where (see my other reviews to see where), however, it came back with missing Y-Screws, Micro SD Card Slot not working and the CPU was still grinding (which is what it was sent off for in the first place). With my Switch now out of storage space and I couldn't access saved data as well as a very loud fan, I asked on Nintendo Players UK Discord Group for a recommended repair shop, pretty much everyone suggested Retrosix. Everyone said how quick the repairs are, the quality of the work and how reasonable the prices were. If anyone needs a Nintendo Switch repaired, I will be telling them to post it off to here, fantastic service all round.

Bought a replacement shell cause they say "quality is like original, maybe even better". This is what you get. Not even dyed through plastic, just painted in bad quality. I can see white plastic on some parts.
