Ordered and paid for a Beam trawl advertised on ebay 150 waited months item never arrived. Several emails sent no reply. Eventually contacted ebay and was refunded. I then posted my feedback which failed to show this company in a good light. Low and behold I received this email.
Hi, I understand you are unhappy as item never received but I assure you this ite was set straight away but due to choronavirus situation cargo flights are closed as international companies are closed, and I can not track the item, I was wandering if I send you a negative feedback removal request would you hange your feedback and when things are sorted and item delivered you can keep it ?
My rating for this company is Zero I run several sea angling pages on facebook with a large membership be sure I will be warning member to avoid this company like the plague.
