Visited for the first time, on 22/4/2023 to watch the super mario bros movie, booked the 4pm showing for myself and my two youngest kids, i understand that adverts are to be shown before the film starts, but 25 minutes of ads before the film begins in my opinion is a bit much, myself and my 2 kids were almost ready to walk out, kids become impatient and dont want to wait almost half an hour to watch a film that should be part way through, if when booking its states a certain time for showing i dont expect to have to wait an extra 25 mins for the film to start, maybe this is why going to the cinema is a lost cause, not only that the seats were not the comfiest. Other than that the staff were friendly and attentive, probably wouldn't use here again.
