I sent a message he replied straight back.. knew exactly what the problem was so gave a a quote there and then over the phone.. come out , arrived on time, pleasant and chatty, done within 15 mins, no mess no fuss just all round happy with their service.. defo recommend them.. and will be going back to them with anything else.. My washing machine packed in this morning. I rang and spoke to Steve . He said that that he would come after lunch. He did, he was timely, fair priced and had my machine going within 20minutes. Thankyou Service: Washing machine repair

I had Staffs Washers come to my house in May to service my cooker and repair a glass door. I also asked for a replacement nob which he said he would order for me. I was referred to this comp from a 3rd party and the money was taken after the service, however i have still not received the replacement nob and we are now in August. We have called and messaged on numerous occasions and he has said he would get back to me but he hasnt so i now have to leave a bad review as this is just not acceptable when 150 was paid and we are still waiting after 3 months! Hopefully this will encourage the owner to get my new nob delivered Service: Oven repair
