Safestyle Stoke-on-Trent

Rang and asked for a quote. The salesman came out the next day, I discussed what we wanted. He went round the outside of the house and noted down what windows I wanted where. Not once did he take any measurements, but I thought they might just go off a basic measurement. He said the quote would be emailed to me immediately after so I didn't think any thing of it. 4 days pass and still no quote so I called to ask how long it would be and they said I should have had it straight away. They said they would get onto the branch. 2 hours later I had a call asking if I still wanted a quote for my windows. I explained someone had already been out but they said without measurements they can't quote. So what exactly did John from safestyle at festival park in stoke come for? Was he hoping to get a brew before he went home? Honestly absolute waste of time and as a lone female in my house made me feel quite uneasy. If you can't quote properly I certainly wouldn't go as far as buying a door handle from you, let alone a full set of windows and doors.

Very similar to the rest of these reviews. Door installed on Oct2021 1.They missed the first installation date. 2.The workmanship on the interior plastering, skirting and cutting through my new floor and screwing a piece of wood over the top to cover it. 3.The 2nd attempt at the plastering still disgraceful. Didn't even bother undoing/going around the socket. 4. Apologisedfor the hassle and promised 3 good will cheques before Xmas 2021. 5. Over these past 7 months, I call them weekly, they have shifted blame, made all sorts of promises and never come through on even a callback. My neighbours went with safestyle also, door broke in a week and locked them both in and out of their house. No gesture of good will. I will have to take them to court. Avoid like the plague!

Awful experience to be honest. Had an appointment to quote for a new front door. The guy arrived and asked to sit down as discuss the options for the new front door. He requested that everyone in the household needed to be present to discuss everything. I explained that it was only me present in the house. He said we cannot continue as it would break GDPR and that he would be fined totally ridiculous policy to have for this. I basically asked him the leave without saying it and that we can do it another time (we will not). But a complete waste of time, I would recommend looking elsewhere!
