Stag and Hen City

I ordered some items for a hen party - they never turned up. I contacted them for a refund and finally got one response to ask if it had been actioned, which I replied to say it had not and please arrange. Never heard from them again and have chased several times. Very poor service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Shame Google dont do a no star option!!! Scammers/thieves/fraudsters! Taken over 3000 of me and my hen party of 17!! Not paid for any of our booked events and then email with 48hrs notice to say they are seeking insolvency and cancel everything! Venues confirmed they had paid them nothing for our bookings!!! Absolutely disgusting! No contact or apology, just blocked This wont be the last they heard from me!!!

It hurts me to even rate this company with 1 star. We had a hen party booked for May 2020 but unfortunately COVID stopped that and since Ive been trying to get a refund with no success. My online account does not work so cannot access the original booking and their customer service is none existent. Keep using deflective tactics and I am getting nowhere. My party are outstanding 100 each. Now Ive been blocked so unable to send messages and they dont answer the phone. Please stay away and use a reputable company

If I could give this company 0 stars then I would. My hen do was planned for April 2020 and couldn't go ahead due to covid. I requested a refund then. After multiple calls, emails and messages 4 of my party have received a refund whilst the rest are still waiting. They are now refusing to contact me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
