Disgusting customer service and thats from the owner herself !!!! It costs nothing to greet someone. It costs nothing to be polite. I have given them many chances, but I for one will never step foot in the shop again. Rude and arrogant !!!

I visited today & purchased two items. The person serving me said they didnt have a bag big enough (not huge items, but too big for their bags), which I initially said wasnt a problem as the car was close by. However, by the time I was leaving the shop, it started to rain heavily, I waited a while to see it would stop which unfortunately it didnt, so I went back to the till to ask if the bigger item could be wrapped in tissue paper instead (the smaller fit in a bag I already had), as my item was willow & I was concerned the wet weather would ruin it. I was met with a sour faced huffy-puffy attitude. Do you treat all your customers in this shoddy way? If so, Im shocked you havent gone out of business!

I am disgusted by the level of customer service in this shop. I was there today, I was with my 18 month old son in a small stroller (not big pushchair) and my wheelchair bound mother. You should state outside your shop if you are wheelchair and pushchair inaccessible. To say you couldn't swing a cat would be an understatement. While there I accidentally broke a 5 glass angel that you had on a very low table towards the back of the store. Its so low that a handbag could of knocked it off. You then asked me to pay for it!!!! I am not sure if you're aware but it is illegal to ask a customer to pay for damages. That is why you have insurance. Not only did you ask me, you asked me incredibly loudly so the whole store stopped and looked at me. I wouldn't of paid for the damage as it was accidental but your attitude made me leave. I can see on your reviews here how low it is! I am sure that would be due to your lack of professionalism and disgusting customer service. I have already emailed the shopping village and complained while I was there. I will be telling everyone I know to boycott your shop. DISGUSTING!!!
