Good car park. Good amount of spaces. Close to shops and Intu shopping centre. Early bird before 9.30am good price at 4.20 for up to 12hrs. Updated machine so various methods of payment.

My wife park in this carpark this after noon she had her mother of 77 with her who has a disabled blue badge, which they used in one of the very few disabled parking spaces, which I might add are the worst parking spaces to get in and out of, on returning they had a ticket with a charge of 100 on the window, which was given because of (failure to clearly display a valid ticket/permit.) She called the number on the ticket and was told by an automated system that you have to email with proof of parking to appeal, which she did within 30 minutes she received an email telling her that her appeal had failed and she still had to pay the fine, apparently even though that have what they call disabled parking you still have to pay for your parking, more disabled people being ripped off by money grabbers, DO NOT USE NAPIER PARKING THEY HAVE NO SCRUPLES.
