Shocking company if thinking of working for them my advice would be avoid like the plague no organisation shocking to work for if you leave they won't pay you dont apply dont care about the people they care for only care about the money just a bunch of scam artists

Disgraceful company. No duty of care to staff what so ever. Do not safeguard staff. Leave staff in dangerous 1 2 1 situations at high risk of serious assault. Staff try to ask company for help and get told there's no staff to cover. So its OK for staff to be left in a high risk situation os it sp the company can make MONEY. My father unfortunately had to have this company in Feb2022. The care calls were shocking he should of had x2 30mins calls. Carers were only there 4mins at lunch and 12mins at tea. The documentation is terrible and no communication between them or family , the carers need more training and more spot checks should be done.

Hello, my name is Jane and I am a senior staff member of the domiciliary care support. I have worked for jump 2independence for over three years and I can honestly say that they are a very caring company and all staff give 100% care. I personally find them very supportive to me in my role and the possibility of going on to a higher management level.
