        Went to the unit to sell my dpf no one was there and it was closed . I rang the owner with the number provided . The phone was switched off when rang . I had arranged a price and asked about anything i needed . Had no reply about any ID required until i was there after driving from the end of the city . Bad experience not good for customer satisfaction no process explained or advice given hard work to get hold of company . Anyone using this company go somewhere else just get messed about .
