Avoid this place. Never recommend it. Staff office do not respect careers, force careers to do more hours, force careers to work while being ill, not do their job properly, ignore you, never pay right money. I still have not been paid correctly. Contact with manager but still nothing has been done. Not nice place to work.

Absolute shambles office staff only get things done when they feel like it sent in sick notes month later still waiting to be paid stress you out while working degrade you as a person the way office staff speak to carers is disgusting. Always giving out false promises. Tried to get me to work while on sick. Dont document properly!!!

Not happy with them ,my mother is 92,diabetic and has dementia ,obviously the most important visit is tea time to coincide with the district nurse giving her her injection ,they please themselves .surely trying to keep to as regular time as possible is important .I do understand there can be problems ,but no two days are the same .
