        My son asked Lindsay if any of the john lewis send backs had been retested in which from the phone recording he sent me she proclaimed to be a "lawyer" and that because she discounted the unchecked machine for her she had waved her consumer rights on the purchase. Somewhat true if the machine had ever been listed anywhere for a price. Agreed to pick the machine up Today and give a refund after already making them wait since Tuesday. Would steer well clear of these cowboys after the patronizing manor Shawn appeared in the screenshots of the messages.

        Was looking to put a wetroom in my parents house as they are getting on and it seemed a practical solution. Shawn and the wife gave me some excellent advice and the service was second to none. We are all very pleased with the outcome, (I would post pictures if it let me). Would recommend to anybody thinking of a similar solution. 10 out of 10
