        Shocking!!!! wait an hour on the phone trying to get through and then to be told there's no appointments left.... Very unhelpful rude staff too. Disgusting

        I have found reception staff very helpful and approachable. The nurses are likewise kind and helpful. I have not always been satisfied with a couple of doctors. However, I'm not sure that I always express myself well. Overall, I have had better care and responsiveness from this surgery than any other healthe centre . John Sivorn

        The nurses are excellent. The phone lines need working on. Never get through or open when it states they are. The midwifes don't have time,patience for you act like they want to be there. Overall everything in one place
