        Fabulous mix of classes where all abilities are catered for. The classes are fun and friendly and certainly keep me motivated. It goes beyond the classes too - Lizzie is great and always provides lots of support and advice to help you with your personal goals. So whether you are new to fitness, returning to fitness or just fancy a change from your current regime, I would definitely recommend Lizzie Lea Lifestyle.

        I can highly recommend Lizzie Lea Lifestyle. The studio is a great way to meet new people and get fit at the same time. It's a really friendly and fun place to workout. All classes are tailored to your needs and abilities, high and lower options of the exercises are always given. Lizzie is very passionate about what she does, is motivating and very supportive. Why not come along and she for yourself.
