Been here twice in two weeks and on both occasions the machines have taken the money and the machine hasn't started. There is no one here to rectify the issues and no one to answer the phone! Very disappointed and will not be returning!

Just been in to wash my duvet and put 7.00 into the machine to find it won't work. Really needed the larger machine due to it being a large duvet. 7 out of pocket and no clean duvet!!
