        Love visiting any pet store, this store has the added bonus of live animals... But I'm a keen Aquarium hobbyist and not much I don't know about tropical and cold water fish

        Started off waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to us so we could get a hamster. I understand its busy but maybe if there was more staff members who could help during these times this could be avoided. When finally we were able to get our hamster, I asked for another box as we had a 30 min journey home which was declined. Was told by a staff member to pop it in the glove box if it escapes. After leaving the store, the hamster had broken out of its box. A staff was happy to help and get me a new bigger box although was met by another member of staff making rude comments, rolling her eyes and huffing, acting like I dont know how to take care of a hamster when its common knowledge that pets at home dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to animals. Store was overall messy and cluttered with staff members not interested in helping. Would not return.
