        Shop supposed to be open until 5:30 on a Tuesday evening (15 Nov 22). My son managed to rip a hole in his school uniform. As a working parent I was actually running to the shop straight from work after quickly picking my son from the afterschool club (we were actually running to get there before closing). By some miracle, we managed to get there 5:25 and was refused service because the two ladies serving were leaving already - clearly before closing time. They saw I was with my little one and there was zero care shown - shocking customer service. Will not be returning again and do not recommend. There is an alternative school uniform store in Tunstall so I recommend trying there.
