Bought a Glasswasher which has had numerous issues over the first year. Warranty appears to be worthless and being asked for a call out fee that is twenty percent of the overall cost of the machine. Due to issues with this first one I cancelled a second order and was charged 60for doing so because it was with couriers already, despite not having been delivered or having a delivery date. Not for me.

Fantastic and efficient service from Classic Retail Systems. Greg was so helpful with my order for a community project and made the whole process extremely simple with a quick turnaround. His understanding of our small difficulty accepting delivery at anytime, and the fact that he was able to be accommodating, was greatly appreciated and made that straightforward too.

We have just taken delivery of a serve over chiller counter. From placing our initial order with Russ to todays delivery by two extremely competent and helpful delivery men we have experienced 5 star service all the way. Highly recommended.

Super company - prompt service, first class equipment - helpful advice along the way. Delivery company let them down - but unlike many companies who "ignore" - and despite the fact issues were down to the transporters - Classic Retail stepped in promptly, efficiently - and fast as a flash, saved the day - 11/10 - We are a business established in 1996, have encountered many along the way - This is one we would come back to again - great service - beautiful equipment, value for our s - and personal attention - rare to find!
