A very professional company with exceptional customer services from start to finish. My balcony needed enclosure kit no screwing was important - balcony system did not work. Simon put together the list for my special need. From 1st inquiry/contact to delivery was no longer then 4 days. When one of the mesh turned out to be short aftercare was amazing. Colin sent out the correct mesh the next day. I can only recommend.

We opted for the full length poles so that nothing had to be fixed to our neighbours' fence and are delighted with the result. The poles are sturdy and look smart and the mesh between them is barely visible so we can still see the garden clearly through it. Our little cat is very happy with her new space and we have the peace of mind of knowing that she can't wander too far (which is important as she suffers asthma attacks so needs not to be too far from home). Warren did a brilliant job of installing the system and made sure there were no gaps left for her to get through. All in all we're very satisfied customers and have a happy cat!

Speedy delivery and easy to follow instructions. Good product and although she has tried my little escape artist has not escaped! It would have been handy to have just one more fence bracket.

First class work and care Kittens are still in quarantine, so not effectively tested yet , but looks to be very complete from a human perspective Very impressed with work ethic of individuals and company Thank you I will update it if they were to escape at a later date! But the peace of mind to provide for the kittens safety and fulfilment of access to the garden is really satisfying
