Im very sad to have to leave a bad review here, however they werent upfront with the returns policy, that grumble aside when returning to the shop having being recommended and sold a pair of shoes too big, causing my son to fall and hurt himself due to tripping over his own feet I was met with quite condescending attitudes, was spoken down to and left feeling uncomfortable and out of pocket. I now have a store credit instead of a refund and feel like I dont want to return to use it!!! Very disappointed

The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and managed to fix us up with some school shoes with the proviso that if the ones my granddaughter wanted came in the next day we could change them. True to her word she rang and let us know the desired shoes had arrived and we returned to the shop and exchanged them. Top service.

This caravan place close to Llangollen called in to price a new awning for the caravan with a well equipped caravan accessories . Found the staff very helpful with touring and motorhomes outside.
