The door wouldnt open properly,so I knocked on the door,I heard a man shouting at me to push the handle,so my husband did,the door opened, and I was greeted by a seated, very rude polish man,who was screaming at me about the door,he muttered under his breath in polish something, shook his head. I have ms so my grip isnt brilliant,my husband had all the 6 black bags in his hands. He proceeded in ripping my bags open, and throwing them in the 2 scale boxes. He refused one as it was bedding,my total was 19kg,so he said had I got 1 coin, which I gave him,and he gave me a receipt with a 10 note. He said Happy Christmas and sat back down. Not the best experience,no manners, treated me and my husband like dirt, should the clothes I gave him not plus size branded ones,I would have taken them to the charity shop, which I certainly will next time, rather than being degraded for 9,or 55p a kg. I went to the Douglas McMillan charity shop along the road and donated the bedding and some crutches, and spent the 10 in there. Seller beware, not an experience I wish to put myself through again,or anyone who offends easily. Thankyou for reading.
