I went there to buy a jacket for my husbands birthday and everything was perfect when I bought it. The very nice lady told me that I could return it if he did not like it and that I had 28days. So I went there today to return it as my husband found a better Color on their website but they did not have it in the shop. So this lady meets me and asks me whats wrong with it and I explained that its the Color etc then she calls her colleague and tell her in a very funny way oh her husband did not like the Color so she refunds me my money and did not even greet me. She has piercing on her face I think her name is Emily (at least thats what the receipt says). Anyway I dont know if its the fact that she did not like that Im returning it or because I was a Muslim wearing a headscarf. The latter seems more likely to me to be honest because of her hostile behaviour. Furthermore she took the jacket and I was left with a huge superdry paper bag. I asked her if she can take it and she said NO. I asked why she replied : you have returned the jacket so the bag is not ours anymore I am sorry but these types of people are not supposed to be allowed to do customer service roles. Will not be back to this shop ever again.

I visited superdry for shopping but while asking for recommendations and support from staff reply was super rude while asking for help and at billing counter. 2 star rating just for clothes.
