Unfortunately, I gave this company far too much credit and kept holding out hope that they would somehow be professional in any sense of the word, to be let down at every aspect. You will see from my other reviews I don't really take the time to be negative and only post positive reviews, however the experience with this company has quite literally been the worst I think I've encountered. Almost to level of being amusing. We're in a fortunate position that our lift is almost never used, however for any company that actually needs one working I can only imagine the issues you've had with this company. I notice a lot of replies on Google Reviews from RJ stating 'please get in touch', but I would like to highlight that this also doesn't yield any benefits. After being emailed consistently about 're-signing/paying' for a new contract, and me highlighting that all my negative comments and resolutions keep being ignored, and that the only responses received are asking for money, I was contacted by 'Helen' to give her all the information so she can look into it. Completely ignored for months 'again', despite a reminder from myself to all 7 contacts each time I received 'another' RJ email being asked for money for a new contract (No outstanding balance). Last week I was FINALLY called by a Regional Manager - Warren, who (unintentionally... maybe) lied on the phone to me that he had no idea of the issues I was having and to 'contact him directly', only to find out he has been copied in to 'every' email already... An email chain, that went 2 months (Though the original issues emailed 6 months prior) without a response despite me being a 'valued customer they don't wish to lose'. I really wish I'd taken the time to look at the Reviews of this company before spending a penny with them. Indeed Reviews - 2/5 Trust Pilot - 1.2/5 Google - The last 8 reviews 1 star We're now another week down the line and close to 3 months without anyone being bothered to address a single issue we've received : ) So, everyone can make up their own minds, but I really would save your time / effort (Already too much taken on this review, let alone my total experience with them), and find literally any other company to keep your lifts up and running : ) A none lift company, would potentially still be better...

If I could give a less than one star I would. We have been with RJ lifts in our block for a few years. They have failed to carry out preventive maintenance in time which has led to many issues with the lift which is only 10 years old. They are slow and do not communicate well. We now have been without a lift for 3.5 months + with no site of it being put back in service. Many people with children and old relatives having to use the stairs. RJ lifts you should be ashamed of yourself. If you have a choice, do not use this company there are many out there that are better!
