        You can no longer book an appointment face to face, despite there being 2 members of staff on reception. 40 people in the phone queue and told I have to call to make an appointment.

        I would give them a ZERO STAR. This is the most ridiculous gp centres i came across. U will never get an appointment the day u ring. The receptionist keeps telling me that i need to go to a walk in centre as they dont have nay appointments left, for the past three days. I ring them at 8:00 am every morning after a 30 min the receptionist just says there are no appointments left for today, call back tomorrow . Very disappointing. Plz AVOID THIS SURGRY

        We are new patients and the service has been very good. Receptionists, the nurse and one of the drs were really helpful in getting a prescription sorted. I was really stressed about it, I cannot fault all of the staff involved. Seems to be a good choice for us to be here !!!
