        Customer service is terrible, damaged mixer tap on shower valve which only became apparent when final install as the mixer was the last thing to install on it and they refused to offer a replacement or refund. Do not use

        If I could give no stars I would: Delivery was weeks late with the main item required to start the job missing! Now unable to get started despite taking time off work. Contact number for this company to see where your items are is premium rate! Buyer beware, use another company!

        Horrendous company, dont order from here. Delivery timescales are ridiculous mostly 6 weeks wait time and where 3-5 days is stated this is not the case, they cancel delivery and state wont be delivered today with no explanation on the message. Seems cheap compared to other bathroom retailers but not worth it, go with a reputable company.
