I have not had any issues so far with anything, the service provided is exceptional.

She doesn't say thank you, doesn't make eye contact as she can't look away from her phone.
Happened twice in a day. Refuelling my van - she kept speaking Russian on the phone whilst taking my payment. Then 3 hours later, still on her phone messaging when I refuelled my car.
I know its Tunstall and the area is not known as a nice area but at least serve the customers that give their money to you a little better.
