staffordshire silicones

I've bought glaze for my living room and kitchen.... one word springs to mind, AMAZING. Its easy to apply and gives you seriously WOW sparkles, i recently tried to buy more on ebay and it seems all of a sudden they don't exist anymore. Why what happen!!! I'm gutted, i wanted to put some sparkle in my nieces bedroom and i refuse to use that h****y glaze as i've used it before and its very dissappointing to say the least.

Very dissatisfied! Bought glitter emulsion paint and was not the result expected despite following the instructions. The paint looks grey, speckled and blotchy and not a glimmer of sparkle even with a light source. The customer service I received when contacted company about issue was non existent. Emailed several times asking for advice on how to resolve it and had no response. Then had to phone where I was advised to send back what little amount was left, that luckily hadn't been discarded. I did as requested but unfortunately the parcel never got to them. They now deny all responsibility and state nothing they can do. I have sent pictures showing the paint isn't as it's states it should be. I have noticed the emulsion paint is no longer available in website which does make you question why and I would have no connfidence with any of their products after this experience.
