        Have used them for wheelchair services and orthotic services. They've been absolutely fantastic each time we've had to contact them or needed a repair. Great service.

        A letter arrived offering an appointment which clashed with one I had. Spoke to someone who said they couldn't hear me, to ring back on mobile and then cut me off. Rang back and refused to change appointment. Very rude and uncooperative. Dire service.
