Absolutely disappointing. All the electronics they sell, Lamona, is way beyond terrible. The furniture also come in scratched. When I went to have a consultation about my kitchen there were dirty dishes of staff eating oatcakes all over their kitchen showroom furniture. So unprofessional

Worst time wasters. Visited multiple kitchen companies, each could build a design, make changes and provide a quote straight away in minutes. Not Howdens trentham! I came with clear plan, CAD drawing and design of what we want. Had two visits at this depot, in order to review their design and make small tweaks, then had to wait weeks for a quote which obviously came much higher than competitors. Their advertised "price match" or "competitive rate" is a joke. Clearly they dont treat each customer seriously. I was assigned to Ellie, who was still new in her role. She was very kind and there is no complaint on what she has done. But since her product knowledge and expertiece was still building up, I would expect some better support from her colleagues or manager and be more proffesionals.
