Ordered 2 items and had an email to say they had been dispatched. The tracking number given was incorrect and 3 weeks on and the items still havent arrived. They are not responding to emails and the phone number doesnt work either. Looks like Ill end up out of pocket. EDIT: Just to follow up on thisI did eventually get an email response and was told the items were out of stock. Was given a full refund.

Ordered and received an email saying my order was on its way but when you clicked the tracking link the website didnt display it as having been sent. Two days later I decided to check when it was due for delivery, apparently item is out of stock with no sign of when back in stock. They responded quickly but how long would I have been waiting for my order if I hadn't queried it.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. Used commander collars for years.It stopped spraying. Sent it back. Lost my receipt They sent me a brand new collar after using it for 2 years Free of charge Meanwhile I brought another collar from well known shop.what a waste of 100 no comparison with Commander Definitely will use Doggie Solutions again

Disgusting customer service. Purchased a dog coat 2 months ago & had to return for a refund. Had an email from Doggie Solutions & World Pay stating this had been refunded to my original card & any problems to contact them. This was 18th August & still not had it. After numerous emails was told to check with my bank whom confirmed nothing had been refunded. Have rang every day since & unable to speak to an advisor apparently due to Covid & told to email which is a total waste of time as they never respond. Would never purchase anything from this company again. Happy to take your money but won't refund it. Beware!
