Ive visited here a few times over the years, with my children due to the education they offer and more recently for help and advice with my Geckos that I purchased from somewhere else. Its my first time with Leos and so I had a rough start with minimum knowledge. I came in and asked a million questions that I felt were answer different from what Id read on the forums and the advice I had from elsewhere but Chris noticed my doubt, and took the time to answer every single question, in depth, no rush, with so much patience to me replying with but I read online or in a Facebook group He offered so much reassurance and it was such an enjoyable conversation, I didnt feel condescended nor spoken down too.. I went home, changed what I was advised. Followed Chriss advice and my teeny Leos are now much happier. Theyre being handled more, and I just simply feel much more confident with caring for them, with the comfort of knowing I can always ask for advice from the guys at the menagerie. This place is amazing, the exotic animals are adorable. The staff are just great and definitely NOT money orientated, you only have to visit to see for yourself. Very selfless. The animals really do come first! Every visit Ive made recently has been enjoyable and not a chore so thank you very much.

Its exploitative. Using animals for profit. If you wanted to save them you would rehabilitate the animals then release. Or atleast give them a sense of freedom. Going in there was actually quite heartbreaking. Animals that live underground kept in a heat lamp above ground. Not sure how this is legal and anyone who works here should be disgusted with themselves +edit because idk how to reply to your reply. The work you do of rehabilitating is great and Im supportive of that. But Im very against the concept of snakes being sold and just being kept alive. Not living. Your reply comes across as very aggressive lol and I can admit I was ignorant but seeing animals suffer at the cost of humans is something Ive seen far too much of so I guess my review came from a place of pure emotion and was very illogical. Also, you dont know anything about what I do with my life and Im a private person and dont like to share that with google
