I purchased a new Samsung S21plus, 10 days ago, . Delivery was really quick and it was well packaged. I found I was having a problem with the Whatsapp video. On ringing Connectionz the owner was really helpful and gave suggestions as to the warranty etc. I rang Samsung. It seems there was a software glitch . He informed me, overnight a new software update had been introduced, and the problem has now been solved. Thankyou so much for all your help. I am really happy with my new phone, and recommend anyone thinking of buying a new phone to look on your site .

Purchased a new galaxy note 10 which was a European model was worried after reading on Internet that I may have a few problems with it eg samsung pay would not work owner ensured me it would and I would have no problems 10 months down the line phone still working perfectly Thanks great deal
