Avoid avoid avoid, shocking company to be dealing with. If i could give it 0 stars then i would! I brought a ex display sofa with only 1 little black mark on the front, anywhere else was fine, and the so called manager said he had inspected it all and it was all fine. Jobs a gooden! Absolutely not! Sofa was delivered within a couple of days not covered up, black dirty marks all over it and a hole in the side of it, I asked the shop to either send me a refund or let me swap it. They said no and can't I put my sofa against the wall so no one sees the mark! Not the point! I spoke with trading standards who advised that I was in the right to gain my refund back under the consumer's rights act, and they still disagreed and didn't want anything to do with it. The last resort I had was for then to go to my bank and get a chargeback, luckily for me this worked and they came to pick the sofa up and refund me the money. This could of all been solved there and then if they weren't so stubborn and lastly I tried to get my 70 delivery charge back and they went around in circles blaming other delivery companies. So I've now lost 70 thanks to fabb furniture. I have never dealt with a company so rude, so unorganised, and yet doesn't take the blame for any of their mistakes and blames the customers. Shocking and id avoid at all costs!!!
