        Didn't rate the customer service. When we walked into the shop the staff were in the back and it was a few minutes before anyone came to us. We were looking for a paint we had purchased in the past but couldn't see. The staff member told us it was still available but we couldn't see any on the shelf, he said he would look on the computer and went to do so. Another couple came into the shop and the assistant went to them and continued to deal with them for a few minutes, ignoring that he was meant to be serving us. No apologies or anything so we put the tins back and left the shop. We then went elsewhere and purchased 150 worth of decorating materials, I believe customer service is important and in this case it lost the shop a decent sale.
