The manager HEATHER needs to be fired. Racist individual who clearly has no power in her personal life decided she wanted to abuse her position and overstep the mark today. ID'd me to be difficult. Then proceeded to come back after inconveniencing me and told the member of staff not to serve me after i had gone home to get my ID. Then began talking about me to customers. Then continued to goad me. She then went on to shout and tell me shes she manager as though she had some sort of authority over me please remember its customers who pay your wages. Then said she would get security after trying to square up to me. She claimed to have me banned for standing up for myself sorry you dont want to deal with people of colour unfortunately that isnt my issue. Heather you are a retail manager. I was in your position in my early 20's whilst at uni before getting into a real career. Racism is not ok. Your prejudice is your issue not mine, leave it at home and learn professionalism. Show some respect to customers. I will suggest u attend equality and diversity training.
